Shalnoy Orenburg Donated Down Shawls to the Museum of Fine Arts
On 6 June, the Orenburg Museum of Fine Arts hosted the presentation of Andrey Presnov's new graphic album "Dedicated to Alexander Pushkin and Orenburg". The event was attended by a large number of prominent figures from our city's art world.
Since part of the album is devoted to the Orenburg down shawl, representatives of our company also attended the presentation and, in honour of the event, donated to the "Orenburg Down Shawl" gallery two of our items, similar to our shawls ИИ001. The museum gladly accepted them and included them in its collection. Now we can proudly say that our shawls are part of the national and cultural heritage of the region and of the "gene pool" of Orenburg down knitting.

In addition, our wonderful book collection devoted to the Orenburg region, and to down knitting in particular, has been joined by another copy signed by Presnov.

A video report from the event itself can be seen below.
