Participants of the "Folk Arts and Crafts Expedition" got to know Orenburg down knitting at the Shalnoy Orenburg company.

Very recently the Shalnoy Orenburg company introduced participants of the "Folk Arts and Crafts Expedition" to the down-knitting craft of the Orenburg region. The future designers learned the history and production technology of the Orenburg down shawl and even tried themselves in the role of craftswomen.

The event is over and the results are in: a clothing collection with elements of the Orenburg shawl will be shown at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2019.
