The "Bound by a Thread" Flash Mob as Part of the Orenburg Down Shawl Days
On 12 October 2018, the "Bound by a Thread" flash mob was held in Orenburg; Shalnoy Orenburg brought a real down goat to it.
On 12 October, as part of the Orenburg Down Shawl Days celebrations, the "Bound by a Thread" flash mob was held. It was organised by the management and staff of the Museum of Fine Arts. More than a hundred students from various universities and colleges, as well as volunteers, took part in the event.
The Shalnoy Orenburg company also made its contribution to the event. All participants and spectators could see a real down goat in person – the very animal with which the making of Orenburg shawls begins.
As a reminder, the Orenburg Shawl Days lasted a whole week and included many different events. Moreover, the celebration received a positive response throughout the country – we will tell you about this in our news feed very soon.
