Authenticity guaranteed — folk art register item, appellation of origin
The white fabric with chains of openwork motifs really does resemble fresh footprints in the snow — and that is what this stole was named. Its size is 160×60 cm; composition: goat down with viscose silk.
In the photo the stole is spread out in full. In the centre are large diamonds with a leaf pattern inside, surrounded by a mesh of holes, and along the long sides run rows of wavy motifs resembling footprints. Around the perimeter is a border with crisp points.
The 160 cm length lets you wear the stole freely: wrap it around the neck with room to spare, throw it over the shoulders and tie it on the chest, or cover the head. The fine down fabric weighs almost nothing but warms well, and the silk gives it a soft sheen.
The stole will make a beautiful winter gift. Care for it gently: hand washing in cool water, squeezing out in a towel and drying spread out.
Why this item is special
Intricate openwork pattern
The ornament is knitted by hand and requires great precision in every row.
About two months of work
From preparing the down to the last stitch, the item goes through a long manual process.
Hand-knitted on needles
The shawl is knitted without machines — by the craftswoman's hands.
Living individuality
Pattern details and density may vary slightly — a natural sign of handwork.
Material and details
The item is made of unique goat down and a strong base thread — cotton or viscose silk, depending on the item. The base thread helps the shawl keep its shape, stay light and last longer.

Shawl care
To make your shawl last for years

1 · Washing
Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not soak the shawl for long.

2 · Wringing
Gently press out the water with your palms. Do not twist, or the shawl will lose its shape.

3 · In a towel
Wrap the shawl in a dry towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.

4 · Drying
Dry flat, away from radiators and sunlight. Straighten the pattern by hand.
