Down gossamer shawl “Mischievous Winter” is a white shawl measuring 120×120 cm, made of goat down with viscose silk. The cheerful name recalls winter with its frosty patterns on windows and unexpected snowfalls.
In the photo the gossamer shawl is folded into a triangle and thrown over the shoulders on top of a red dress, with one end falling freely to the knees. The openwork is clearly visible: rows of diamonds and patterned paths in the centre, and along the edge a border with sharp points.
White makes the gossamer shawl festive, so it is chosen for holidays, celebrations and winter photo shoots. On ordinary days the shawl warms the neck under a coat or the head under a hood, and the lightness of the down lets you wear it all day without noticing its weight.
The silk thread gives the fabric strength and a slight sheen. Wash the gossamer shawl by hand in cool water and dry it spread out on a flat surface.

To make your shawl last for years
1 · Washing
Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not soak the shawl for long.
2 · Wringing
Gently press out the water with your palms. Do not twist, or the shawl will lose its shape.
3 · In a towel
Wrap the shawl in a dry towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.
4 · Drying
Dry flat, away from radiators and sunlight. Straighten the pattern by hand.
