Knitter
Gossamer shawl “First Snowflakes” is white, hand-knitted from goat down with viscose silk. Size: 120×120 cm, and the name reflects the mood of the first snow — fresh, light and festive.
In the photo the gossamer shawl is loosely thrown over the shoulders on top of a red dress, with the model holding one edge by hand. You can see openwork diamonds running across the fabric, a large star motif opening up in the corner and the border ending in even sharp points.
The gossamer shawl can be worn as in the photo — openly on the shoulders so the pattern is visible. It is also tied over the head, wrapped around the neck under a coat or folded into a triangle and tied on the chest. White brightens the face and goes with clothes of any shade.
Fine down with silk warms while remaining almost weightless. Wash the gossamer shawl by hand in cool water and dry it on a horizontal surface, straightening the points of the border.

To make your shawl last for years
1 · Washing
Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not soak the shawl for long.
2 · Wringing
Gently press out the water with your palms. Do not twist, or the shawl will lose its shape.
3 · In a towel
Wrap the shawl in a dry towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.
4 · Drying
Dry flat, away from radiators and sunlight. Straighten the pattern by hand.
