White down shawl “Celebration Hall” is a festive item from the Orenburg down shawls section. The name makes clear what it is made for: a white shawl is especially good at celebratory moments, when you want to look festive and not feel cold.
Orenburg down shawls are knitted from yarn containing Orenburg goat down. Such a shawl is denser and warmer than an openwork gossamer shawl, so it is worn both in frosty weather and in damp, windy weather. White adds freshness to a look and goes with clothes of any shade.
The shawl can be tied over the head, thrown over the shoulders on top of a coat or fur coat, and at home you can wrap yourself in it on a cool evening. It makes a good gift for a wedding, an anniversary or the winter holidays.
To keep the white down clean and fluffy for longer, wash the shawl by hand in cool water and dry it laid out on a flat surface.
Why this item is special
Intricate openwork pattern
The ornament is knitted by hand and requires great precision in every row.
About two months of work
From preparing the down to the last stitch, the item goes through a long manual process.
Hand-knitted on needles
The shawl is knitted without machines — by the craftswoman's hands.
Living individuality
Pattern details and density may vary slightly — a natural sign of handwork.
Material and details
The item is made of unique goat down and a strong base thread — cotton or viscose silk, depending on the item. The base thread helps the shawl keep its shape, stay light and last longer.

Shawl care
To make your shawl last for years

1 · Washing
Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not soak the shawl for long.

2 · Wringing
Gently press out the water with your palms. Do not twist, or the shawl will lose its shape.

3 · In a towel
Wrap the shawl in a dry towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.

4 · Drying
Dry flat, away from radiators and sunlight. Straighten the pattern by hand.
