These unusually warm handmade mittens are instantly recognisable by their ornament: both the back and the palm side are decorated with alternating stripes of white and rich grey. The photo shows how the stripes meet in a herringbone and the edge is outlined with a grey border.
Instead of the usual rib, the mittens have a beautiful shaped cuff. Thanks to their special shape, their size can be called universal: they fit both small and fuller women's hands well.
The mittens are knitted from goat down with cotton thread, with at least 80 per cent natural Orenburg goat down in the composition. The original ornament, balanced composition and neat knitting make them not only warm but also beautiful.
With these mittens your hands are always comfortable and warm. They go with a coat, down jacket or sheepskin coat. Wash them by hand in cool water and dry them laid out on a towel, away from radiators.

To make your shawl last for years
1 · Washing
Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not soak the shawl for long.
2 · Wringing
Gently press out the water with your palms. Do not twist, or the shawl will lose its shape.
3 · In a towel
Wrap the shawl in a dry towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.
4 · Drying
Dry flat, away from radiators and sunlight. Straighten the pattern by hand.
