Authenticity guaranteed — folk art register item, appellation of origin
Fluffy, warm and cosy, the handmade grey down mittens warm your hands as only natural goat down can. The composition also includes cotton thread: it makes the knitting stronger and helps the mittens keep their shape.
The photo conveys their character: grey fabric with a long soft pile, decorated with white snowflakes and stars, and at the wrist a dense knitted rib that keeps the cold from getting up your sleeve. A light trim runs along the edge, emphasising the silhouette.
Grey is practical and shows dirt less than white, so the mittens are convenient for everyday wear — for walks, travel or trips out of town. They go with a coat or a down jacket, and together with a grey shawl they create a complete winter look.
To keep the mittens fluffy, wash them by hand in cool water, squeeze them lightly in a towel and dry them laid out on a flat surface.
Why this item is special
The ornament is knitted by hand and requires great precision in every row.
From preparing the down to the last stitch, the item goes through a long manual process.
The shawl is knitted without machines — by the craftswoman's hands.
Pattern details and density may vary slightly — a natural sign of handwork.
Material and details
The item is made of unique goat down and a strong base thread — cotton or viscose silk, depending on the item. The base thread helps the shawl keep its shape, stay light and last longer.
Gift packaging
We pack every parcel as a ready gift: the shawl goes into a branded box, wrapped in paper and a bag, with a unique card and a small souvenir magnet.

Shawl care

Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not soak the shawl for long.

Gently press out the water with your palms. Do not twist, or the shawl will lose its shape.

Wrap the shawl in a dry towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.

Dry flat, away from radiators and sunlight. Straighten the pattern by hand.
